RUSSIAN OSETRA

Russian Osetra (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii) Caviar is sourced from the highest quality Russian Sturgeon species of average size and weighing between 20 to 50kg. This caviar is made by using an ancient Astrakhan recipe. It can take between 8 to 20 years to collect the medium-large 2 - 3mm grain size. The outmoded creamy flavor contains pleasant scents of green walnuts and woody hazelnuts with a touch of the sea. The color of the grains ranges from dark amber to bronze with gold acmes.
