IRANIAN ROYAL BELUGA (Huso Huso) caviar comes from Iran and is cultivated in the freshwater that flow into the Caspian Sea. Beluga is the largest sturgeon that can grow as high as 4 meters in length and weigh up to 800 kilograms. The species is considered to be the rarest and most valuable.

Beluga is the most sought-after caviar, with delicate almond and buttery tones. It's tremendous in the mouth and has a silky and delicate texture. It is delicate and with a perfect balance.
